Makita 2.5 HP Air Compressor Model MAC2400

I have owned this compressor for about 2 years. I think it was priced at about $250.00 at that time. I must say it is a very good compressor for the money. I use this compressor as my main job compressor. I own one larger capacity compressor for things like blowing texture, impacts, etc and one smaller for that quick trim job. I have never run more than two framing guns on it at one time, but it has kept up with them pretty good. Two guns shooting decking, it couldn't keep up as well though. I have not had one minutes trouble out of it yet, not one. It has never tripped a breaker. It is by far the quietest air compressor I've ever been around, something I'm sure my clients appreciate.

Pros

The Pros of the MAC 2400 are numerous. First is it's a dependable tool that I have relied on without worry.

Second, it's a workhorse.

Third, it's quiet.

Cons

Not many, It's heavy. Not too easy to move around on the jobsite.
